(B) Binucleate formation was monitored in a haploid containing a normal chromosome III (BR3133, ○, T50 = 21.5 hr), a strain disomic for the normal chromosome III (BR3108, Created by potrace 1.16, written by Peter Selinger 2001-2019 , T50 = 22.2 hr), and a disomic strain containing one linear and one circular version of chromosome III (BR3139, ▪, T50 = 21.5 hr). All strains are isogenic.
