Fibroblasts facilitate the tubular network formation among the epithelial BCa cells. 4T1 and MEF were co-cultured at different ratio, and a total 1x10⁴ cells/per well were seeded in a 96-well plate as a standard 3D culture. The cells were incubated at 37⁰C for 5-10 days to allow the aggregates/spheroids to form, the medium were changed every 4 days.
