Morphological changes of alveolar mixture by ratio of surrounding fibroblasts. 4T1/GFP and MEF mixture (a total 1x10⁴ cells/per well) were seeded in 96-well plates in the presence of 1 ug/ml Dox as a standard 3D culture. The cells were incubated at 37⁰C for 5-10 days to allow the aggregates/spheroids to form, the medium were changed every 4 days.
