SDS–PAGE analysis of purified WT αA, WT αB and their individual domain constructs following purification. Protein purification was performed using Ni²⁺-affinity column chromatography (see Methods). Lane 1 – molecular weight marker; Lane 2 – WT αA; Lane 3 – αA NTD; Lane 4 – αA CD; Lane 5 – WT αB; Lane 6 – αB NTD; Lane 7 – αB CD; and Lane 8 – αB CTE. The protein band in each preparation showed immunoreactivity to anti-His tag monoclonal antibody (Results not shown).
