(C) DYS-1::Myc, which contains the DYS-1 C-terminal amino acid residues 3,402–3,674, is primarily localized in the cytoplasm, as detected by anti-Myc antibody in cells transfected with both DYS-1::Myc and neurofascin::SAX-7CT.
