PrPSc level in the spleen at 60 dpi. At this time, there is peripheral replication of PrPSc but CNS invasion has not yet occurred. Spleen homogenates for each group (nā€Š=ā€Š10) were tested for levels of PrPSc and plotted with the vehicle level represented as 100% infectivity. Differences between each treated group versus the control group were not significant.
