The unfolding curves have been arbitrary shifted along the vertical axis to improve visibility; the dashed straight lines represent linear extrapolations of the values of the fluorescence ratio at 370/330nm before and after transitions to highlight their sigmoidal character; the dotted vertical lines show midpoint temperature (Tm) of the unfolding transitions. The curves are representative of at least two independent experiments.
