Bone defects were rated stage III. b Immediate postoperative anteroposterior view showing femoral reconstruction with pure synthetic graft. The graft-cement packing was considered complete and homogenous. c Radiographs taken 57 months postoperatively exhibit cortical repair and trabecular remodelling in the metaphyseal area.
