Age-specific cumulative risk of cancer in patients with Noonan syndrome and a mutation in PTPN11. We found a cumulative risk of 23% (95% CI, 7.6–38.4%) up to age of 55 years, which represents a 3.5-fold increased risk (95% CI, 2.0–5.9) compared with the general population.
