LNT-S activates the phosphorylation of MAPKs and enhances the nuclear translocation of NF-κB. RAW 264.7 macrophages were treated with LNT-S for 24 h (A) and at different time point (B). Phospho-ERK1/2, phospho-JNK1/2, NF-κB p65, iNOS, and β-actin were detected by Western blot analysis using their specific antibodies. The concentrations of LNT-S and LPS used are indicated.
