NOD signaling collaborates with TLR2 to subvert CTLA-4- and TGF-β-induced suppression of human DC maturation. A–C, human DCs were transfected with RIP2K siRNA or control siRNA at a final concentration of 100 nm. After 72 h, DCs were treated with CTLA-4 for 6 h, and human DC maturation was assayed by flow cytometry by monitoring human DC maturation markers as follows: CD80 (A), CD83 (B), and CD86 (C).
