A and B, UM-UC-3 cells were pretreated with or without HU for 16 h and then treated with vehicle or AITC for 24 h in the presence or absence of HU, followed by flow cytometry analysis of cell cycle progression. C, UM-UC-3 cells were pretreated with or without HU for 16 h and then treated with vehicle or AITC for 24 h in the presence or absence of HU, followed by Western blotting of Bcl-2 and p-Bcl-2. The anti-p-Bcl-2 antibody detected specifically Ser(P)-70. GAPDH is a loading control.
