Yeast agglutination experiment showing clumping indicative of type 1 fimbriation. Strains were grown to A600 2.0 in rich-defined glycerol medium and mixed with a suspension of S. cerevisiae in a 1:1 ratio. Samples were incubated at room temperature for 30 s and then photographed.
