The ratio of alternatively expressed isoforms of specific genes as determined by real-time PCR is correlated with age in the table above. Association with age is calculated by logistic regression. Id = probe identity, isoform = transcript identity, Mean = mean ratio, se = standard error, comparison indicates which comparisons were made for the analysis, coeff = correlation coefficient, CI = confidence intervals. The analysis was carried out on 100 individuals.
