(B) c-myc assembles into complexes with members of the coRE ST co-repressor complex in pluripotent cells. Co-immunoprecipitation analysis with antibody coupled magnetic beads validates the interaction of c-myc with Lsd1 and Hdac1 in a cell line expressing Myc (AB2.1,^{6x9e10-c-myc-}; +) and not the control Myc null cell line (AB2.1^c-myc-/-; −). Max is used as a control.
