Localization strength of the nodes vanishes, and there is no net flow. (B) Diffusive phase with s = 0.2. Spots of concentrated tense/floppy filaments are visible. Nodes exhibit enhanced diffusive motion with a finite localization strength. No spontaneous flow occurs. (C) Flowing phase with s = 1. Network structure remains homogeneous despite the spontaneous flowing motion, reflecting the enhanced rigidity of the structure and coherence of motion by susceptible motor kicking.
