Increased IOP (A) and decreased expression of the RGC marker Brn3a (B, C) in DBA/2J retinas were apparent after 9 and 12 months, respectively. Immunofluorescent images (C) of retinal slices showed a marked difference in Brn3a antibody labeling of D2-Gpnmb+ (control) and D2 mice.
