Opa1 protein (green fluorescence) localization is similar in the retinas of wild-type mice (A) and of cbs+/− mice (B). Localization of Fis1 protein (red fluorescence) remains comparable in retinas of wild-type mice (C) and cbs+/− mice (D). Levels of Fis1 are elevated in retinas of cbs+/− mice compared with wild-type.
