Mycelia of the wild-type and deletion strains were exposed to white light for 60 min and the amount of the fluG, flbA, flbB, or flbC mRNAs were assayed by quantitative RT–PCR. Results are shown as relative to the wild-type control samples kept in the dark. The plot represents the mean value and standard error of the mean of at least three independent experiments.
