For pH and PaCO2 parameters six subjects per group along the 10 time points were considered. For PaO2CaO2, CMRO2, and OD, five subject per group along the 10 time points were considered due to in the 15 min of postnatal life two PaO2 values (one in each group) were lost during gas analyze.
