Expression and localization of FAM84A protein in mouse liver tumors. Sections were prepared from the tumor-bearing livers derived from DEN/32 weeks PB-treated Car+/+ C3He mice and subjected to immunohistochemical analysis with pre-bleed serum and anti-FAM84A serum. Higher FAM84A expression was detected in eosinophilic foci, adenoma and carcinoma compared to the non-tumor regions.
