(B) NIH3T3 cells were lysed in presence of DTT, applied to a gel filtration column, treated with PV or left untreated, and then analyzed by immunoblotting with the oxPTP Ab. (C) Native and denatured PV-treated lysates from (B) were immunoprecipitated with oxPTP or Ptpn11 antibodies, as indicated, and analyzed by immunoblotting.
