Effect of pretreatment with the κ opioid receptor antagonist BNI on EA-produced inhibition of hyperalgesia and allodynia in a paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathy rat model (n=7 per group). EA plus vehicle significantly decreased mechanical response frequency compared to sham EA plus vehicle.
