(A) HeLa cells were infected with Ad-GFP or AdDEKsh, treated with 25 μm etoposide for 10 min and 1 h 3 days post-infection, and treated with extraction buffer for 2 min prior to fixation in paraformaldehyde. Cells were analyzed by immunofluorescence using a Ku70/80 heterodimer specific antibody (red).
