Gliadin (250 µg/ml) was incubated in a suspension of WSA-8 (R. aeria). The final OD620 was 1.0. Incubation sample aliquots were analyzed by Bis-Tris PAGE. A, lane 1: molecular weight standard; lanes 2–7, WSA-8/gliadin mixtures incubated for 0, 2, 4, 6, 24 and 48 h, respectively.
