Anti-SP-R210n inhibits antigen-induced T cell proliferation. CFSE-labeled PBMC from five healthy PPD+ donors were cultured in medium alone or with 2.5 μg/ml heat-killed M. tuberculosis in the presence of preimmune IgG or anti-SP-R210 antibodies as indicated. After 96 h incubation, the cells were collected, gated on lymphocytes based on forward- and side-scatter patterns, and analyzed for CFSE content, and the percentages of proliferating cells were determined.
