Individual data is shown in thin lines; the group average (±SEM) is shown in thick lines. (B) Shows the overall tissue coverage in both groups (mean ± SEM). A permutation test (rep = 1000) shows that coverage in the two groups is not significantly different (p > 0.1). Due to variable tissue coverage, we regressed behavioral impairment against degree of ACx coverage (Figure 9). ACx is defined as areas {A1, AuV, AuD, TeA}.
