The mAb 12A10 reacts specifically with Pyk2 FERM domain. Lysates of 293 cells transfected with the indicated 3× HA epitope–tagged constructs were analyzed by blotting with anti-HA antibody. Blots were stripped and reprobed with mAb 12A10.
