Cell cycle arrest induced by miRNA. PDFS cells were transfected with synthetic miRIDIAN microRNA mimic negative control no. 1 (NegC1), miR-134, miR-136, miR-154, miR-299-5p, and miR-369-5p. At 48 hours after transfection, cells were harvested, fixed, stained with propidium iodide, and subjected to cell cycle analysis. A: Representative histograms of flow cytometry analysis for PDFS cells transfected with synthetic miRNAs. B: Percentages of cells in each phase of the cell cycle were calculated using data from at least three independent experiments (mean ± SD).
