FO1-6nls expression inhibits PCa cell growth in a FOXO1-dependent manner. (A) DU145 cells were transfected with different amounts of FO1-6nls plasmids. At 48 hours after transfection, cells were harvested, and viable cells were counted as described in the Materials and Methods section. (B) DU145 cells were transfected with plasmids and control or gene-specific siRNAs as indicated.
