A range of concentrations of Aβ^40WT were injected over Aβ^40Arc or Aβ^40WT fibrils in PBS at 25°C. The maximum response at the end of each injection was plotted against the concentration of Aβ^40WT. (B) Competition between Aβ^40WT and Aβ^40Arc for polymerisation to Aβ^40Arc fibrils.
