KIF1A colocalizes with vesicles containing p75-GFP in non-polarized cells but not in polarized cells. Localization of microinjected p75-GFP and endogenous KIF1A in non-polarized or polarized MDCK cells. Cells were fixed 15 minutes after release of the Golgi block and immunostained for KIF1A.
