Analysis of systemic cytokine responses following O. viverrini infection reveals critical role of immunomodulator IL-10 and IL-12p70. Cytokine responses in age matched wildtype Mta1+/+ and Mta1−/− mice at 23 days post-infection: panel (A) IL-12p70, (B) INF-γ (C), MCP-1 (D), TNF-α (E), IL-10 (F), IL-6.
