A, Confirmatory Western blot analysis of siRNA-mediated knockdown of Caveolin-1 in human pancreatic cancer cell lines MiaPaCa2 and Panc1 with two specific siRNAs directed against human Caveolin-1 (Cav-1 siRNA 1, 5'-GCUUCCUGAUUGAGAUUCAtt-3' [47]); Cav-1 siRNA 2, 5'-UGUGAUUGCAGAACCAGAAtt-3' [69]) (negative control siRNA #1 (Applied Biosystems, Darmstadt, Germany), contr. siRNA).
