Compound activities on PR-driven murine mammary tumor virus-luciferase reporter activity. Assays were run in an agonistic mode (A) or an antagonistic mode (B). In the antagonistic mode, 0.1 nm Org 2058 was added to activate the reporter. Reporter activities are expressed relative to the activity of a saturating concentration of Org 2058, which was set at 100%.
