Rows represent miRNAs and columns represent individual samples. B) The bga plot shows sample clustering based on the expression of the 50 most significant miRNAs. The four groups clearly clustered in distinct sets based on this group of miRNAs. C) The Venn diagram shows significantly dysregulated miRNAs among the 3 tumor subtypes (sporadic MSI, MSS and Lynch syndrome) compared to normal colonic mucosa (N-C).
