Khd1 and Ccr4 regulate the ROM2 mRNA level. (A) The ROM2 mRNA levels in wild-type, khd1Δ, ccr4Δ, and khd1Δ ccr4Δ cells. Wild-type (c1H-1A), khd1Δ (c1H-1C), ccr4Δ (c1H-1D), and khd1Δ ccr4Δ (c1H-1B) cells were cultured to mid-logarithmic phase in YPD medium at room temperature and collected, and total RNA was prepared.
