Decreased expression of DNMT1 by TSA treatment. Hep3B cells were treated with TSA for 24 h. Cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins were resolved by SDS-PAGE, and DNMT1 was detected by Western blotting. Nuclear DNMT1 protein levels show a dose-dependent decrease. The graph shows the average of triplicate experiments, with error bars denoting standard errors of the means.
