LPS analysis of F. tularensis subsp. tularensis strain SchuS4 and ΔFTT0791::Cm and ΔFTT0798 mutants. The membrane was probed with a monoclonal antibody (MAb) reactive with F. tularensis subsp. tularensis LPS. All strains have similar reactivities with the antibody.
