Activation of MKK7 in response to cross-linking of FcɛRI or to KL and IL-3 in MKK4+/+ and MKK4−/− ESMCs. Passively sensitized MKK4+/+ and MKK4−/− ESMC were stimulated with OVA for 10 min, and MKK7 activity was measured as described in Materials and Methods. Otherwise, MKK4+/+ and MKK4−/− ESMCs were stimulated with 100 ng/ml KL or 50 ng/ml IL-3 for 10 min and MKK7 activity was measured. Representative autoradiographs from three independent experiments are shown.
