The expression and degradation profiles of the cell division protein FtsZ, the CtrA regulator, and the CcrM DNA methyltransferase are indicated and are in good agreement with patterns reported earlier for these proteins (8, 9, 26, 27, 49). In addition, the expression and degradation profiles for CheYI, CheD, and three so far unidentified proteins are shown.
