(iii) refractory ascites/hepatic hydrothorax, | |
(iv) Stage 3 or 4 hepatic encephalopathy | |

Status 2B | Requiring continuous medical care, with a Child-Pugh score of ≥10, or a Child-Pugh score ≥7 and one of the following: |
(i) unresponsive active variceal hemorrhage | |
(ii) hepatorenal syndrome | |
(iii) spontaneous bacterial peritonitis | |
(iv) refractory ascites/hepatic hydrothorax, | |
or presence of hepatocellular carcinoma | |
