The thermostability of glycan-depleted PRiMA-linked G4 AChE. G1/2 and G4 fractions of AChETWT or AChETN296Q/N381Q/N495Q from Fig. 4 were incubated at 4, 25, and 55 °C. Samples were collected at 10-min intervals from 0 to 60 min and chilled on ice, and their residual enzymatic activity was determined. The data are expressed as the % of the original activity (time 0). Values are the means ± S.E., with triplicate samples (n = 3). The S.E. bars are not shown for clarity (<5% of the means).
