B, HEK293 cells expressing the rat sst2A receptor were exposed to 1 μm SS-14 for 5 min. Cells were washed with ice-cold PBS and lysed. The same blot was sequentially stripped and immunoblotted with anti-Ser(P)341/Ser(P)343, anti-Thr(P)353/Thr(P)354, anti-Thr(P)356/Thr(P)359, and anti-sst2A antibodies.
