Material properties and typical layer thicknesses of the individual components of the probe chamber used for the simulation of the acoustic properties of the probe chamber. The thicknesses are measured values, the sound velocities have been adjusted such that the simulated resonance frequencies match the actual ones. The densities are estimates taken from tabulated values.
