IκB-α degradation in THP-1 cells after the first and repeated challenge with 1 μg/ml E. coli LPS. Control and E. coli LPS tolerized THP-1 cells were treated with 1 μg/ml E. coli LPS for the indicated time points. Whole cell lysates were immunoblotted for IκB-α and GAPDH as a loading control.
