IκB-α degradation in THP-1 cells after the first and repeated challenge with 1 μg/ml P. gingivalis LPS. Control and P. gingivalis LPS-tolerized THP-1 cells were treated with 1 μg/ml P. gingivalis LPS for the indicated time points.
