Baseline serum measurements were taken prior to administration of the drug. Mice were fasted for 12 or 24 hours and then administered vehicle or 300 mg/kg acetaminophen via gavage. (A) Serum AST, ALT, ALP and total bilirubin measurements taken in serum collected at 4, 24, and 48 hours. (B) Serum measurements of AST and ALT at 24 hours after acetaminophen administration.
