Expression analysis of jasmonate-responsive genes in transgenic Arabidopsis-overexpressing JMT gene. Five micrograms of total RNA was isolated from rosette leaves of wild-type (W) and transgenic (T) Arabisdopsis line 1, respectively. Northern blots were hybridized with each of the random primer-extended cDNA clones as indicated.
