Whole blood clearance rates for CINC and MIP-2 calculated by use of steady-state whole blood chemokine concentrations (combined plasma and cell-associated chemokine concentrations adjusted for measured hematocrits), observed 2–4 h into a constant IV coinfusion of CINC and MIP-2 (Fig. 4C).
